We have a small herd of Gloucestershire Old Spots that we plan to have available for purchase as half or whole hogs in early 2022.
Our hogs are $6 a pound “hanging weight.” Our hogs should be about 200 pounds each at slaughter.

Our 2021 special occasion feast baskets included baskets for the September, November, and December holidays.
Our turkeys, ducks, geese, quail, and guineas enjoy foraging for bugs and plants and spreading their wings. Their active lives and outdoor living make for delicious holiday birds with rich dark meat with a natural layer of fat so they don't dry out like birds raised indoors.
In 2021, we have pastured quail September, pastured turkey and goose for November and December, and pastured duck available for all three.
