We have a small herd of Red Wattle-Gloucestershire Old Spot crosses that we plan to have available for purchase as half or whole hogs starting in late winter. These are larger than the hogs we sold in 2020; they should be about 200 pounds each at slaughter.

We’re working with Stewart's Meats, a local butcher shop, who will turn your half or whole hog into the cuts you choose for 69¢ a pound. ​Our hogs are $6 a pound “hanging weight.” This blog post describes how the different weights relate to each other.
